I am a dedicated Public Health Specialist and Epidemiologist with a foundation in biosafety and biosecurity, disease surveillance, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and outbreak response. With experience across Uganda’s public health system—including critical care nursing, national disease surveillance, and AMR program monitoring—I bring a systems thinking approach to health threats shaped by environmental and climate related factors.

I have contributed to national efforts on AMR policy, Ebola, COVID-19 and other infections, integrated disease surveillance, infection prevention and control (IPC/WASH).and health systems strengthening in collaboration with different institutions and the Uganda Ministry of Health.

I hold a Master of science in Public Health (MPH), a Bachelor’s in Nursing Sciences, and specialized training in field epidemiology and biosecurity, I am passionate about applying data driven approaches to address the growing intersection of climate change and infectious disease risk. I seek to contribute to global and local initiatives that anticipate, prevent, and mitigate health challenges intensified by our changing environment.
